With personalized or custom orders, we do not offer a refound unless there has been a mistake made by us.
In case of a return, the item must be in the original condition and undamage. The item must be returned to Manos before a refound of payment will be proccesed. Shipping of returned item back to us is covered by the buyer and original shipping charges will not be refounded.
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct or has been refused upon delivery to that addres, we are not responsible for re-shipping. Your order will be cancelled and we will only refound you the purchase price (no the shipping costs), once we have the item back in our possession. Buyer will need to re-purchase item with the correct address, and the buyer will need to repay shipping before we will send the package again.
